Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the NativeSuite platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
NativeSuite is a platform that enables you to extend your web application with native mobile widgets and push notifications. We provide tools for connecting data sources, configuring widget templates, managing notification patterns, and publishing releases — all without building a native app from scratch.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its related systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content.
5. Your Content and Data
You retain ownership of the content and data you provide through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We will not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to operate the Service or comply with law.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of NativeSuite. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.
7. Availability and Modifications
We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NativeSuite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service.
