Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
On the Free plan, you'll hit a hard limit. On paid plans, notification overages are billed at a per-unit rate. Connected user limits are soft — existing users keep working.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. All plans are billed monthly or yearly with no lock-in. Cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period.
What counts as a "connected user"?
A connected user is an end user who has installed your app through the NativeSuite mobile app. If they disconnect, the count goes down.
Do notification limits reset monthly?
Yes. Your notification counter resets every month on your billing anniversary date, regardless of whether you're on a monthly or yearly plan.
Can I try paid features before committing?
